Our programmes are generally encoded as mono 32Kbps files. They stream as Windows Media but can also be downloaded as mp3 files.
If you have a broadband connection you should be able to play and download these files without a problem.
If you have a dial-up connection you may find the streaming content stops and starts because of the slower connection speed. If this happens you should trying downloading the mp3 file.

Mac OSX
To play streaming content on a Mac computer we suggest that you use the VLC Media Player. VLC is a free piece of playback software which can be downloaded here.
