Ever admired a runner who seems naturally fleet of foot, gracefully speeding along? I have and I am not that runner. Some find running easier than others, often because of their genes but also their lifestyle. Callum Templeton did not have those gifts when he began to run later in life. For him, it wasn’t easy. But now, few days pass without him hitting the local trails and racking up the k’s. Perhaps when things come to us with difficulty, we cherish them more. Callum is a running connector, bringing people together from different distances and terrains, for the love of it. He is one of those people who is a joy to be around, always positive, always uplifting and ready to help others. Hear how running helped change Callum’s life on Running Together .
